[Assistant Project Manager]

We are looking to recruit project assistant volunteers to assist the Project Manager
in running our Kingston Korea Festival in association with the Royal Borough of Kingston Council.
This role offers a great opportunity for people who are looking to work towards to a shared objective,
gain experience in the Third Sector or just give something back to the community.
Where necessary specific training will also be provided to help you develop and grow your skill set.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Assist Project Manager in carrying out the project management to deliver the project
-Develop, monitor and maintain the project plan
-Liaising with key stakeholders, including schools and technical developers to ensure the successful delivery of the project
-Perform some administrative tasks as and when required, in order to complete the project on time
-Contribute to staff meetings and other internal meetings with views and suggestions etc.

Bid Writers play a critical role by assisting the project teams to prepare funding bids that help the organisation
to further develop. The appointed volunteers will develop and write bids according to the organisations development strategy.
